Britton Resolved that the Company shall (Pension Scheme) inaugurate a supplementary pension arrangement for Mr. Clifford Samuel Britton with the Sun Life Assurance Society to provide a pension of £163.14.0 commencing on the 1st September 1969, secured by an endowment assurance without profits for a sum assured of £2164.10.0, and that approval shall be sought from the Inland Revenue to the arrangement. C. S. Britton Resolved that in the event of Mr. Britton leaving the service of the Club before 1st October 1968, or in the event of his death before that date whilst still in the service of the Club, the Club will pay to him or to his legal personal representative a sum equal to £143 multiplied by the number of complete years from the date of the occurrence of either event and 1st October 1968.
