			It was reported that Tansey was
		to have a manipulation and that
		the Physician had reported that Clinton
		was Physically sound.

Shareholders		A letter was read from the
Association	Everton F. C. Shareholders Association
		regarding the vacancy on the Board. It
		was agreed that they be informed that
		it was not the intention of the Board
		to fill the this vacancy at the moment.
			Letters of thanks and appreciation
		were read from the F. A. of Ireland.
		Maymount Rovers F. C. and Miss E. D. Baxter.

Players & Staff		It was agreed that Messrs
Savings Fund	Rogers, Bowler, Rushworth, Smith & Co. be
		appointed Auditors to this Fund.
