Minutes of Meeting of Sept. 28th were read and confirmed. Finance Receipts reported was:- Gate v Bury Res. 132.11.9 Cheques were signed for:- Directors Expenses 65.0.8 Customs & Excise 2.7.11 Wages 708.18.7 Petty Cash 177.11.7 Bank Balance £7412.1.9 Cr. Counting House It was reported that a suitable 81 site for the new counting house was available, and it was agreed that the Secretary visit West Ham. on Saturday, to see their counting house in operation. Reports Reports were given of the 1st Team game v Manchester City and of the 2nd Team game v Bury Res. A letter was read from the Sunday Independent, Dublin, requesting a Statement re Gaham of St. Patricks, and it was agreed to let the matter rest. Old Age Pensioners It was agreed to donate five pounds to the Walton Branch of the Old age Pensioners Federation for their Xmas Fund. Floodlighting It was reported that the 44 Floodlighting of the Practice Ground was now completed and in use. It was reported that Clinton was doubtful for Saturday and Potts would not
