Erie Tour		It was reported that games had been

		on May 26, 28 and 30.

			Reported that Lindsay was now at home
		and fairly comfortable. Farrall, Labone and
		Molyneux should all be fit for next season.

Maymount		It was agreed to send this club a
Rovers		donation of One hundred pounds in respect of Donovan.

Outing			It was reported that accommodation
	56	for meals at Llandudno was impossible, and it
		was agreed to try at either Blackpool or Monacombe
		
Church Wall		It was agreed to proceed with work of
	46	raising the Boundary Wall by St. Lukes Church
		as soon as their agreement was received.

Lord Mayor		Resolved that a letter of appreciation
		be sent to the Lord Mayor for the promotion
		celebration Dinner he gave for the Directors and
		players.

Staff Awards		The Proposed list of awards to the
	56	staff was presented by the Chairman totalling
		Four hundred and Fifty Five pounds & this was approved.

Badges			The Design for the club Badge was
	52	approved, and it was agreed that this be
		registered. Agreed that twenty special ones be
		ordered for stock as awards.

Balance Sheet		It was resolved that power to approve
		the Report and Balance Sheet be delegated to
		the Chairman and Messrs J. C. Sharp, T. C. Nuttall
