Contains minutes of general meetings, annual general meetings, emergency meetings. 3 Dec 1950 C. S. Britton was appointed General Manager of Everton F.C. Co. Ltd. W. Dickinson was appointed acting Secretary. 9 Jan 1951 it was agreed to loan Goodison Park for the England v. Portugal match on 19 May 1951. 23 Jan 1951 it was agreed to support the payment of a bill from Tyson's for work on a new plunge bath at Bellefield. 20 Feb 1951 a request from Everton F.C. in Chile for a trophy was read. It was agreed to decline stating the Club had already presented them with a pennant. 26 Feb 1951 T. Kelly's resignation as Secretary was accepted. 20 Mar 1951 W. Dickinson was appointed Secretary. 29 May 1951 the Board agreed which proposals the Club would support at the Football League A.G.M. 21 Jun 1951 Dr. C. S. Baxter addressed the meeting and withdrew alleged slanderous remarks about R. E. Searle. 7 Aug 1951 it was reported that the Football League had called an Extraordinary Meeting to reconsider the ban on broadcasting. 18 Sep 1951 the Board agreed to support Cliff Britton's policy on players. 6 Nov 1951 it was suggested that estimates be obtained for floodlighting the whole ground. 19 Nov 1951 it was agreed to allow the BBC to broadcast a commentary during the second half of a future match. 15 Jan 1952 it was agreed to transfer H. Catterick. It was agreed that the Club would claim against the Football League Insurance Federation for all injuries to players. 15 Apr 1952 the sub-committee's decision to dispose of letters and accounts up to 1939 was approved. W. R. Williams' resignation as Chairman was accepted. 22 Apr 1952 Ernest Green was elected Chairman. 6 May 1952 it was agreed to make enquiries about pension arrangements for staff. 26 Aug 1952 it was reported that R. E. Searle had started proceedings against the Club in the Chancery Court. 21 Oct 1952 it was agreed that relayed commentaries to Walton Hospital would begin. 28 Oct 1952 it was reported that E. Sagar broken the F. L. service record to one Club. It was agreed to reward his service. 25 Nov 1952 it was agreed to install floodlighting for training purposes. 29 Apr 1953 it was agreed to settle the action by R. E. Searle out of court. 25 Jun 1953 H. E. Cooke was appointed head trainer. It was agreed that E. Sagar be offered a job on the staff. A gold watch was presented to E. Sagar at the A.G.M. 28 Jul 1953 it was agreed to present E. Sagar with a cheque for 1,000. 18 Aug 1953 the scale of Directors' Expenses is set out. 29 Sep 1953 Cliff Britton accepted his re-appointment as General Manager of the Club. Minutes signed by W. R.
