Lord Derby The Chairman reported his interview with the
Memorial Fund Lord Mayor, in Company with the Chairman of
Liverpool F. C. agreed that we make a donation of 100 gns.

Bank Rates A letter from the Midland Bank Ltd. was read
offering a reduction in charges to 1/6 % on cheques rep
to £1000, and 1/- % for cheques over £1000, with a
maximum charge per cheque of £2.10.0, acceptance was
deferred pending further enquiries.
Development Correspondence in respect of our claim on the Central
values Land Board in respect of Goodison Rd., Goodison ave.
& Walton Lane houses was read, that no compensation
would be payable. Agreement was deferred pending
further information.
Rents Agreed that the following rents be payable
Eglington 25/- per week (Standard 30/-), Buckle 25/-
(Standard 30/-), Potts 30/- (Standard 50/-).
