Sub Committee Report of recommendations as presented
by Mr. R. E. Searle (copy annexed) was approved with
the exception that the "Property Fire Risk" was
referred back for reconsideration.
Reports Mr. Green reported upon the reserve
team which had lost 6-0 at Wolverhampton, when
Falder & Leyland had been injured. Agreed that a
letter of thanks be sent to Dr. Richmond for
the able service he had rendered to H. Leyland.
Mr. Gibbins gave a good report
of Edward, I. L. (Skelmersdale) who was 5'8" & about 23
