Agreement It was resolved to incorporate in
295 the Service Agreement with Mr. C. S.
(C. S. Britton) Britton a clause to the effect that, in
the event of the Board deciding to terminate
the said agreement at any time for reasons
other than misconduct, there shall be paid
to Mr. Britton a sum equal to twelve
months salary in full and final
settlement of any claim he may have
against the Company.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the
Company shall not be called upon to make
any payment to Mr. Britton if the
Agreement be not not renewed at the
end of the stipulated period of service.
