			Forshaw was suffering from a
		Rheumatic condition.

Directors Away		To Blackburn:- Messrs E. Green,
		J. C. Sharp, N. W. Coffey, C. E. Balmforth,
		F. Micklesfield, R. E. Searle & A. N. Denaro.

Indemnity		It was agreed to issue new
	186.	certificates in favour of Mrs. Ellen Jones
		in respect of Shares Nod. 2461 & 1472 against
		her indemnity.
			A letter complaining of the
		state of the Ladies Lavatories on the
		Members Stand was read, and passed
		to the Sub-Committee for their
		consideration.
