Present: Mr. E. Green (Chair) and all
other Directors.
Manager & Secretary in attendance.
Minutes of Meeting of May 26th
were read and confirmed.
Report of 266 The report of recommendations as
Sub-Committee presented by Mr. Sharp was approved.

London Mr. Green gave a report of the
Meetings 267 Annual General Meetings held in London.
It was agreed, if requested to agree
to re-arrange the fixture with Notts Forest
scheduled for May 1st to a date in August,
and to re-arrange the Reserve game v Aston
Villa from Dec. 25th to Dec. 24th.
{Juliussen} 265 It was reported that Juliussen had
{(Indexed)} gone to Dundee on a free transfer from
Berwick Rangers.
It was reported that arrangements
{Stewart} had now been completed for Gordon Stewart
{(Indexed)} to leave Vancouver on July 18th and would
be due at Prestwick Airport on July 20th.
Army F. A. It was agreed to play the Annual
201. match v the Army at Goodison Park this
season, the date to be left to Mr. Britton,
and it was agreed that a latter be sent to
Col. Prince wishing him a speedy recovery.
Training It was agreed that H. E. Cooke be
Staff appointed Head Trainer at a wage of £10.0.0
per week C. Leyfield to be 1st Team Trainer
at a wage of £14.0.0 per week, and G. Watson
to be 2nd Team Trainer at a wage of £11.0.0 weekly
