			It was agreed to grant permission
		for Peter Farnell to arrange a team of
		Everton players to play Shelbourne on June 7
		provided they were fully insured.

Sagar 258		It was agreed that Sagar should
		make his farewell appearance on Saturday
		against Tranmere Rovers.

R. K. Milne		The death of Mr. R. K. Milne, a
		Director of Liverpool F. C. was noted with
		deepest regret.

Nominations 173		It was reported that nominations
		fro election to the Board had been
		received on behalf of Messrs A. N. Denaro and
		R. E. Searle.

London A. G. M.		The election of Clubs to Div. III north
		was discussed, and left to the Chairman to
		use his discretion. It was agreed that
		the Chairman together with Mr. Sharp and
		the Manager and Secretary should represent
		the Club at the Meeting.
