Writ 191		It was resolved that the Secretary,
		J. W. Dickinson in HEREBY authorised to make, on
		behalf of the company, the affidavit of
		documents required in connection with the
		proceedings pending between R. E. Searle and
		the Company and Messrs Green, Baxter & Sharp.

J. Caton		It was agreed that a letter of
		condolence be sent to Blackburn Rovers
		expressing the Boards sympathy on the
		death of Mr. John Caton, a Director.
