Western 186 It was reported that game v
Command Western Command would take place at
Goodison Park on Oct. 22nd.

Youth Cup It was noted that we were
drawn away to South Liverpool in the 1st
Round, the winners to meet Liverpool at
Liverpool. It was agreed the game v
South Liverpool be arranged for an
evening, but not by Floodlight as they
had suggested.
A. G. M. 173 It was reported that Mr. Bryson
(Writ) had been notified that Mr. Searle had
initiated proceedings against the Club and
Messrs E. Green, C. S. Baxter and J. C. Sharp
in the Chancery Court, and it was agreed
that Mr. Bryson be instructed to accept
service on behalf of all parties named.
Tour 188 It was agreed not accept the
offer for the proposed Tour to Greece in
view of the unfavourable conditions. It was
thought there may be a chance of
arranging for a Tour to Spain.
Practise Confirmation was given to the
Match Receipts donation of 100 guineas which had been
sent to the Lord Mayor's appeal for the
Deron Flood Relief Fund, and it was
agreed that this should come out of
the Practise Match Gate. It was agreed
that the Chairman, Secretary and Manager
should prepare for approval a suggested
list of allocations for the Balance, a
