C. 10. 0.0 Haydock C & B Recs. 50. 0.0 Bank Balance £22,142.12.1 Dr. Reports Mr. Britton gave a report of the 1st Team game v Notts County, with which all Directors present at the game agreed, and reports of the 2nd Team game v Barnsley Res. were given by Mr. Gibbins, Dr. Baxter & Mr. Coffey. Saunders Tranmere Rovers were reported to be 149 unable to pay more than £1000 for this player, and the matter was left to the Manager to do the best he could for the Club over this player, and others in when other Clubs had shown on interest. It was reported that Potts had gone into Hospital to have his Bursar removed, and should be fit to play in 2 weeks. Fielding was doubtful for Saturday, and Lindley and O'Neill both had Flu. Wainwright would probably play in a game on Saturday week. Saunders
