		the fee was £2000, but in abeyance with us
		cash down. It was agreed to pass for the
		£2000 Cash, or alternatively the immediate
		transfer of Blunstone and the matter was
		left to Mr. Britton.

			MR. Britton tendered thanks to the
		Board on behalf of Lawrence's Coach Driven
		for his Christmas box.

			It was reported that Alex Troup
		had died this morning, and it was agreed
		that a letter of condolence be sent to his
		widow as well as a wreath.

F. A. Cup-Tie		It was agreed that in the event
		of a replay being necessary v Leyton Orient
		the following admission changes be made:-
		Mr & sh. 5/-, Other Stands 3/6 Paddock 2/3
		Ground 1/6, all cash.

Vacancy 115		It was agreed to fill the vacancy
		on the Board by co-option, and that the
		Shareholders Association be asked to submit
		three names for consideration.

War Damage		It was noted that the cost of
		repairing the cracks in the wall of the Old
		Goal Stand would be approximately £1000, and
		it was agreed to apply for the necessary licence.
