Lake, who had OCT. 3rd been a Director of the Club since 1945, was recorded with the deepest regret, and tributes to his work for the Club were expressed by all his Colleagues. A letter from the Liverpool Football Club expressing them sympathies was read. It was agreed to allow Mr. Lake the use of the six Directors Box tickets until the vacancy was filled.
