Groundsman		As there were no more suitable

		him the position.

Gordon Hodgson		An appeal on behalf of this Fund
Dependent Fund	was considered, and it was agreed to donate
		£10.0.0.

Central League		It was agreed to recommend Leyland
		Moore & Buckle for inclusion in the Central
		League Champions & The Rest game at Wolverhampton.
			Buckle was reported to have asked
		for an early move South, and Catterick had
		enquired about the fee required for his transfer.
		Southport had enquired about McIntosh & Buckle
		and it was agreed that the negotiation be left
		in the hands of the Manager to do the best he could.

Electrical Work		It was agreed to accept the estimate
		from Hugh Roberts of £257.10.0 for electrical
		work on Bullens Rd. Stand.
			Letters of thanks from Arthur Leather
		and 39 L'pool Boys Brigade were read.

Fire Insce.		It was agreed to renew the undertaking
		to continue the Fire Insurance with the Royal
		Insurance Co. for three years, subject to Mr.
		Lake approving.
			A letter from Mr. T. A. Thorongood,
		Shareholder, was read, asking for information
		about the proxies used at the A. G. M. It was
		agreed that the information should not be
		given, and that Mr. Bryson be asked to draft
		the reply to be sent.

Transfer of Shares	The following were approved
		Shares Nod 491-493 from J. F. East to D. J. East.
