The Manager & Secretary were in attendance together with Messrs J. C. Bryson & Geo. Bowler. Minutes of Meeting of 29th May were read and confirmed. Finance Receipt reported was:- Sale of Season Tickets £2388.0.0 Bank Balance £21,844.15.10 Dr. Reports Mr. E. Green gave a report on the Annual General Meetings of the Football League, Football Association and the Central League. Mr. Britton reported that Wainwright should be able to play again, and that ? to the contrary were ill -founded. Melville had undergone a nose operation and Harris had been taken to Hospital suffering from a Duodenal ulcer. Lello was taking a course of treatment and training at the ground. Mr. Britton reported his visit to Scotland and had both good and fair report of LAPSLEY Lapsley (St. Mirren). The club would be interested in bids over £15,000, and he would probably be COWAN playing on July 14th. Cowan (MORTON) had asked for a transfer, and the club had promised to notify us when they were prepared to part with him. LANCS. F. A. Agreed that Mr. E. Green and the Secretary A. G.
