R. Williams thought this player free moving & fast, but would not recommend any C. F. as small unless outstanding. He thought Thompson (L. B.) Hartlepool's played better the longer the game went. He was 24 years of age and 5'10". He tackled well and sicked strongly with both feet, and suggested that Thompson would prove a useful acquisition, and also recommends Rimmington (Goalkeeper) of Hartlepool's. 18 Mr. T.
