Minutes of Meeting of 16th Jan. were read & confirmed. Finance Cheques were signed for:- On a/c for Tysons Ltd. Bellefield Bath 1300.0. 0 W. Dickinson Wages 515.4.10 do Petty Cash 84.7. 6 Bank Balance £21,295.2.4 Dr. (21) Sub-Committee Report of recommendations as presented by Mr. E. Green (Copy annexed) was approved with the exception of the item titled "T. Kelly". Reports Mr. Britton reported on the 1st Team game v Liverpool, and Messrs E. Green, F. W. Lake and N. W. Coffey reported on the 2nd Team game v Liverpool Res. Mr. Britton reported that Lello was feeling much better, and would be leaving the Home at the week end. Mr. Howarth of the Football League had advised us that our proposal re Amateur Players Expenses, was more a matter for the F. A., But that all suggestions would be sorted out by the Football League Committee. It was agreed that, as a matter of courtesy, we send a copy of the proposal to the F. A. Maymont Rovers F. C. had appealed for a further donation in respect of Denovan, and it was agreed to send 15 them £25. Mr. Britton reported that Kearsley, who shows good premise, would probably sign professional forms tonight, and it was left to the Manager to settle the amount of a Donation.
