		to the Liverpool County F. A. It was decided that
		the request of the Liverpool Schools F. A. for the
		loan of the ground on various dates be left to
		the discretion of Mr. Britton, with a suggestion
		that they use Bellefield for games of minor
		importance. A letter of thanks from the British
		Council was read for facilities granted to
		Overseas Visitors, and from Ian Fletcher for
		his Christmas Parcel.


Football League		It was agreed that we submit the
Conference	following proposal for consideration:-
		"All amateur players of 18 and under to be
		allowed out-of-pocket expenses for a maximum
		of 2 nights training per week, with a
		maximum of 4/- per night."

Benefit			It was agreed that we give our support
		to the proposal of character Athletic to pay
		increased Benefit for continuous service after
		the first 5 years.

Mrs. Fare		It was reported that Mrs. Fare was very
		ill, and was unable to sign her pension receipt.
		It was agreed that her Daughter, Mrs. Caygill, be
		authorised to sign on her behalf, during the
		period of her incapacity.

Correspondence		An invitation from the A. I. K 15 Club,
		Sweden, to attend their 60th Anniversary Dinner
		was read, and agreed we inform them with regrets,
		that a representative could not attend. Mr. Roberts
		had sent a letter of thanks for her Christmas
		present. It was noted that the F. A. had
		fixed the following prices for the England v (30)
		Portugal match. Reserved seats 21/- & 10/6.
