The Chairman reported that he had won the
Toss with Liverpool F. C. for the choice of replay
date, which would be Wed. Jan. 10th if necessary.
Reports Messrs R. E. Searle & J. C. Sharp reported
on the 1st Team game at Huddersfield.
Mr. Britton reported that both Potts &
Fielding should be fit for Saturday. Wainwright
was now at home and the Specialist was very
pleased with him. Lello was to go to the home
at Wolverhampton on Jan. 1st. Stevenson (Rhyl)
v South Liverpool on that days showing did not
shine, although the ground was bad, but he
thought Rankin a better proposition. Mr. J. C. Sharp
agreed. Alcock 22 (Cheltenham) against poor opposition
had shown good points. He has business interest
in Cheltenham and it was doubtful if he would
move. A Fee of £2000 had been mentioned.
Rushworth 22 (Cheltenham) on that day showing was
a good constructive player, with a weakness in
