4./ That a letter be sent to Mr. Geo. Evans quoting
the three previous resolution, & ending with a hope that Mr. Evans
may be able to attend the remaining Meetings of the current
season.
Nominations for Secretary reported that there were nominations
Directorate in from for Messrs T. C. Nuttall, T. Percy & H. R. Williams.
There had been one for Mr. W. E. Bradshaw, but this was
subsequently withdrawn.
It was then decided:-
1./ That the Board support the candidature
of Mr. Harold R. Williams.
2./ That a Form of Proxy be issued to the
Shareholders from the Company in the name of Messrs.
W. C. Gibbins; W. R. Williams & H. R. Williams.
3./ That a circular letter from the Company
explaining the situation, be enclosed with the Proxy Form.

& it was noted that the situation had been corrected.
Llandudno F. C. The resolution of April 28, 1947 was
rescinded & it was agreed to donate One Hundred
Guineas to this Club.
T. G. Jones Middlesbrough F. C. having enquired, it
was agreed that our attitude over transfer of this player,
should be unchanged, but that they would be duly
notified, if or when, the occasion arose to alter our
views. (Noted that Chelsea, Arsenal & Preston Nth. End were
under similar promise.)
