Reports re Players	Mr. H. R. Pickering was not impressed by
		Watson, Meens, or Peach, Hull City, but believed
		Staniforth (L. B.) of Stockport might be a fair pro-
		position. Good build & about 25.
			Mr. W. Laine gave a fairly good report of
		Bowden (R. H.) of Oldham, & was very impressed about
		Davison (L. B.) of Darlington, 5'11" 12 stone.

Teams			As proposed, these were accepted.

A. Circular		This was read & it was definitely
		agreed that the principle of  booben time should
		be avoided, although it should be used if
		necessary, for International & County Association
		purposes.
