REPORT OF SUB COMMITTEE MEETING AT GOODISON PARK. March 28, 1947.

BOUNDARY WALL.
The Committee inspected this dangerous wall at the
rear of the old Goal stand, and ordered instant steps
to be taken to enable Messrs Tyson's to carry out rebuilding. The
estimated cost would be £260.
MR. J. R. THOMSON.
Consideration was given to this official's good
work, and having in mind that his salary was fixed at a time when
players generally were on a lower wages scale, it was agreed to
recommend that the figure of £500 per annum, as at present, be
increased to £650 p. a.
W. H. COOKE.
This ex-member of the office staff, having been demob-
ilised, it was agreed to recommend his re-employment at £4 per
week.
