Williams agreed that at Middlesbrough, in the Inter League Match, Bauld (C. F.) of Hearts, had shown form which would make him worth getting. He was the only good forward, & constructive. Marision, Mortenson & Bailey were outstanding for England. Smith, Brown Rd & Mason of the Scottish League, were poor on their shown, Mr. H. R. Williams recommended Hindle (G) Lee (R. H.) who were 6' & whom he had seen at Rochdale. Chairman reported that he had conferred with L'pool F. C. regarding the public announcement about Sunday Sales of Tickets or Cup-ties, referred to by Councillor Harrop in a public speech. Mr. Britton reported upon the 1st & 2nd teams. He spoke of Catterick, Hedley & Sagar's possible fitness. The match at Kendal for the Benefit 207. of the Westmoreland F. A. would be on Tuesday.
