F. A. Cup Chairman reported that in the
event of a replay with Q. P. R., if Liverpool
drew at Blackburn, we would make our
return game on Tuesday, January 10.
Done 230 (L'pool) Dr. Baxter reported that there was a
50% chance of acquiring this player, according
to the information he had received.
Ashman (Saints) Mr. Green reported that Ashman (C. F.)
& Foam (Norwich) was not quick enough in gathering the ball
& not clever enough in manoeuvring. He could
not break away from Clements (C. H. ) of Saints
Res. & he could not recommend him.
Foam was a born footballer,
clever & a good provider. He had not enough
weight & thrust to recommended him, in our
present position.
Glover 226 (Stockport) Mr. W. R. Williams reported that this
