H's of Stockport & Lincoln had been seen in bad weather conditions. They were both big useful looking players but should be seen again under better circumstances. Crewe Players Mr. Searle gave good reports of Phillips C. F. 5'9" 12st & 26, & Parker R. B., 5'9", 11½ st, & 18. The latter's fault appeared to be that he roamed too far forward. Mr. Brittons Report After Mr. Lake had reported upon the 2nd team, Mr. Britton detailed his views of the 1st team. 220 Catterick would be training this week. 226 Fielding was now in full training.
