Shareholders		Mr. J. C. Bryson & gave advice about the
Requisition	request to call an Extraordinary General Meeting,
		made by the holders of 303 Shares in the Company,
		lodged on Nov. 15, 1949.
			It was agreed that a Meeting be called

		for Dec. 21, 1949, at 7.30, at Central Hall if possible.

Minutes			Minutes of Meeting of 15th inst., were read
		& confirmed.

		match v Barnsley when Bormer O. R., Blanchflower R. H. & Hamilton did well.

Manager's Report	Mr. C. S. Britton reported upon the games
		v Chelsea & the Army F. A.
			Sheffield Wedy. were not likely to
		part with Quigley.
			Chelmsford had increased their idea
				217.
		of £2,000 for Hold to £5,000 & Notts County
		would also need £2,000.
			Wainwright was to be married on Dec. 12th.
