Shareholders Mr. J. C. Bryson & gave advice about the
Requisition request to call an Extraordinary General Meeting,
made by the holders of 303 Shares in the Company,
lodged on Nov. 15, 1949.
It was agreed that a Meeting be called

& confirmed.
