		by Mr. Vernon Stokes, of Portsmouth F.C.

West Bromwich Albion	Messrs Gibbins & Searle agreed
F.C.	0	to represent the Club in Birmingham on the 27th
		July at their Promotion Banquet.

Transfer of Shares	Following were approved:-
		Shares 1794 to 1796 from Xors. F. Phoenix to
		Jas. Phoenix.
		Shares 757, 758 & 2355 from Xors M. L. McKie
		to C. H. Taylor.
