The MANAGER to be in control of his Personal Staff, at Present
H. Cooke Jun, H. Pickering, also the Trainer, all assistant Trainers,
Coaches, and all lower team attendants, at present, H. Cooke Sen,
A. Stevenson, T. G. Watson, W. Borthwick, G. Thompson, F. Blundell, Etc.
To be in control of the Ground and Ground Staff, E. Storey and
all under him.
To be in control of Bellefield and its caretaker, A. Leather.
To control all travelling arrangements for the Team.
To deal with the Football League Clubs in all matters appertaining
to the Players and sign all letters in this connection.
To be in sole charge of all Players, Amateur or Professional.
The SECRETARY to be in control of his personal Staff, at present
W. Dickinson, Miss J. Milne, T. Sinker, and Miss Buchanan, to be in
control of the Company's Estate, both in administration, and Finance
subject to the Finance and General purposes Committee, shall attend
and minute all Board Meetings, shall countersign all Cheques, and
deal with all matters pertaining to the Estate with the Football
Association, and sign all letters in this connection.
To deal with the Company's Bankers in all matters of finance as
directed by the Board.
Shall deal with the engagement and disposal of all Gatemen, all
counting house Staff, and be responsible for the safe care of all
Gate receipts.
Shall compile and pay all Salaries and wages.
