Special Training	Mr. E. Green reported on incidents arising
		at Harrogate, & it was agreed that the conduct
		of the Secretary was not in the interest of the Club,
		& each member of the Board expressed his view
		that he would have been equally annoyed under
		similar circumstances.

Press			The absence of the Press representative

		explained by the Secy.
