with the Everton Club.
4. That there shall be a clause in the
agreement stating that, should the Board dispense
with his services before the learn of his agreement
is reached, namely 5 years, that he receive as
compensation a seen of money equivalent to the
amount of salary he would have received
had he completed 5 years service.
Acceptation In accepting the engagement, Mr. Britton
stated that he was free to leave the Burnley
Club at the latest, by giving a months notice,
but hoped to come to an amicable arrangement
with the Board of the Burnley Club, whereby he
might take up duties with the Everton Club,
in less than one months time.
Designations It was unanimously resolved that the
following designations be officially used:-
Manager:- Mr. Clifford Britton
Secretary:- Mr. Theo. Kelly
