Team Manager This matter was considered & it
116 was agreed that Mr. C. S. Britton be recommended
for the position of Manager, & that he be invited
to attend before the Board as soon as possible.

Present:- Dr. C. S. Baxter (Chair), all other Directors &
Mr. Clifford, S. Britton.
Manager It was unanimously resolved that Mr.
118 Britton be appointed as Manager under the following
conditions:-
1. That he be given full power & control over
every thing appertaining to the players.
2. That his salary shall be at the
rate of £2,000 per annum plus £500 per annum
as expenses.
3. That he be given a written agreement
legally draw up, guaranteeing him five years services
dating from the day he takes up his duties.
