		read and confirmed.

Finance			Receipt reported was:-

			Cheque was signed for
		Customs & Excise	Tax	£246.17.0
			Bank Balance £10,238.10.1 Dr.

T. G. Jones		Noted with satisfaction that this player had
115.		asked for his name to be removed from Transfer List.

Dick (B'pool)		Until the position of this man was clarified,
115.		it was decided that no further steps be taken.

Juliussen		This player to have an X-Ray examination
113.		as seen as possible.

Dodds.			No steps to be taken for the time being.

Hughes (L'pool)		Apart from his age-24yrs, there was
113		nothing to report.

Martin (Hearts)		Mr. F. W. Lake gave a good report of this
113		forwards ability, although not of robust physique.
		Age about 24 yrs. 5'9" & 11 stone approx.

Best (Chester)		Mr. W. R. Williams gave a very poor report
114.		of this C. F.

Team Manager		A. list of the prominent applicants for
114.		the past was read, and it was decided that
		the Sub-Committee should meet on Wednesday at
		3 pm. at the ground to discuss the Salary to be
		paid, and to meet again to deal with the
		applications. All applications to be received by
		Monday Sept. 20th.

Pro. Footballers	Decided that the Club should donate
