Report Sub Comee.	On proposition of Mr. W. R. Williams, the recommend-
	49	ation of meeting of 12th inst. were approved. (Copy attaches.)

Berry & Gallagher	Secy. & Mr. W. Lanie gave similar reports of
56	0	this players ability - mainly favourable, but with
Hull city	doubts as to his activity in defence.

			Noted that Hull City might like the
		services of Boyes. Decided that Messrs W. C. Gibbins
		& J. C. Sharp visit Hull on Saturday, the 20th inst.,
		to treat with the Club over an exchange of transfer
		with Gallagher I. R. (Hull) in mind, in view of the
		Secy's report of the latter.

			It was decided later during the
		meeting that the representatives be given powers to pay
		£8,000, plus Boyes' exchange, to secure these players
		if satisfied on the point of ability.

Lewis (Torquay)		Mr. R. Bentham should that this I. R. was 23,
	0	5' 11" & 11st. He felt that he would be an ideal
		player for us. Mr. H. R. Williams offered to watch him on Saty. next.
