Share-holding		It was reported that Mr. J. C. Bryson advised
	36	that the Company had no powers to suit themselves to
		clarify the Share Register unless they were provided
		with suitable legal documents. They could be empowered
		however, to exercise their rights, if they were given an
		undertaking in conformity with the Law of the Companies
		Act & if the body of Directors was satisfied that such
		undertaking met with their approval in every way.

Houses			Agreed that Secy. endeavour to obtain 78,
		Mostyn Ave. at £1,550 & 1, Lunesdale Ave. up to £850,
		with vacant possession. He to view & report to Mr. W. R.
		Williams in each case before finally closing.
