(Secy. reported Dr. Baxter's absence through indisposition, which was regretted.)
Minutes of Meetings of the 26th October were
read & confirmed.
Finance Cheques were signed for:-
Customs & Excise Tax £213. 3.3
Football League 2½% £ 8.11.9
Wrexham F. C. Share of Gate £175.10.6
Bank Balance was reported to be the best
lowest since the present War started, viz., £21,130.6.10 Dr.
Ground Repairs Secy. reported that the only estimates obtained
to date were for glass repairs or replacements & that the
figures submitted by Messrs John Lewis & Son had
approximated £400 for all Stands.
Mr. Leitch was due to call during
the next few days.
It was now highly probable that
the basement of Gwladys St. Stand would be
requisitioned by the Ministry of Food & in such
event happening, these premises would be made
weatherproof, over & above any rental received from
the Ministry. The said rental was likely to be £1,000
per annum.
Gordon Smith Mr. R. E. Searle was deputed to attend the
match Scotland v R. A. F. at Hampden Park on the 6th
inst. & report on this player.
Transfer of Shares Following transfer of Shares was approved :-
Shares Nod. 1130-1132 from Xors J. Griffiths to A. Griffith.
