18 Chester F. C. Secretary read a letter from this Club expressing their views re the suggested alteration of venue of the scheduled League Match for December 11th. He reported that the Liverpool F. C. were prepared to make a donation of £50 to Chester F. C. as a token of compen- sation & it was decided that we offer a similar amount of £50, to cover the Chester F. C. against a possible loss of gate. (See Chester F. C. letter 25/10/43.) Transfer of Shares Transfer of Shares was approved as follows:- Shares Nod. 1201 to 1203 from W. J. Scattergood to W. H.
