DETAILS OF SUGGESTED REQUIRED WORK AT GOODISON PARK GENERAL CONTRACTER'S WORK Guttering Examine, clean and make good all guttering where necessary (The actual length of new guttering necessary would approximate to no more than 60') Roofing Remove badly damaged corrugated steel or asbestos sheets, where pointed out and replace same with new material. Where existing damage can be repaired by liquid or other solution this temporary work need only be carried out. Crush barriers All barriers to be scaled wire-brushed and painted with red Oxide or similar weather protection such material to be of the quick- drying type. Repairs on carrier legs to be carried out where necessary. Practise Ground Build new fence on existing gap in Bullens Rd. and make secure remainder of fence on this frontage. GLAZING, METAL CASEMENT & WIRE-GUARD WORK Supply and fix windows, window frames and wire guards where pointed out, on Bullens Rd. Goodison Ave., and Goodison Rd. Stands Make secure existing wire guards. The existing iron window frames on the south stands (Goodison Ave.,) to be removed and replaced by wooden frames. Addition to all above:- On conclusion of work all rubbish to be removed. Work to be completed to the satisfaction of company's representative. All workmen to be fully insured by the contractor. NOTE. The new stand in Gwladys Street is not mentioned further arrangements pending.
