AUDITORS' REPORT TO THE MEMBERS OF THE EVERTON FOOTBALL CLUB COMPANY LIMITED.
We have examined the Accounts of the Company and the Balance Sheet as at 22nd May, 1943 as set out above, and in accordance with the Companies' Act, 1929, beg to
