EXTRACT FROM MINUTES OF BOARD MEETING OF OCTOBER 16th, 1945. "The joint report of Messrs. Rogers, Rowler and Co., and T. J. Smith and Son, was received (copy attached). "It was decided that a copy of this report be forwarded to Mr. Cuff, together with a further request for an explanation of his use of the Club's Proxies." Green proposed that the Board acquaint the Shareholders of the Minutes and correspondence that have taken place with regard to the last Annual General Meeting and the Election of Directors; and of any other facts which they consider desirable. This was Resolved, Messrs. G. Evans and T. Percy recording their votes against the resolution.
