Watson gave a very good opinion 280 of this I. L. & was agreed that we open negotiations. Dale (Witton) Mr. W. Borthwick gave a good report of this O. R. whom he thought better than Jhonson. Boyes Secy. reported his conversations with 280 Leeds Utd. officials, & it was agreed to defer.
