		was not of the type to suit our present needs.

Davies (Leicester)	Mr. E. Green had a similar opinion of
		this C. F. who had played at I. R., although he was
		big & worked hard. He was nearly 33.

Hargreaves (Rochdale)	Mr. W. R. Williams was not impressed by this
		big 28 year old C. F. (See below).

? (Carlisle)		Mr. R. Bentham was not displays unpleased
		with this O. L.'s display & recommended he be seen again,
		although he was on the small & light side.
			He Thought there were possibilities in
		Hargreaves (C. F.) Rochdale. Fast, dangerous, good shot.

McMorran (Belfast	Reported that our question would be

Centre Forwards		Mr. J. Stein dismissed Boyd (Maryhill

			Similarly, Mr. J. R. Thomson did not see
		anything of use in Rothwell (Southport) or Yates
		(Chester).
			McEntyre (Lochgelly Albert) had now
		signed for Raith Rovers.

Other Players		Mr. J. Stein was greatly impressed
		with Pryde (I. R.) of Bo'ness & Dickson (C. F.) of
		the same team.

F. T. Sweeney		It was decided that this player be released
	215	from his contract, but that necessary safeguards
		be arranged where F. L. Clubs were concerned.

Team			The team as suggested was
		approved.
