Sub-Committee Mr. W. R. Williams moved the adoption of
245 the Sub Committees report & recommendation. (Copy
attached). This was agreed, as was also Mr. R. E. Searle's
suggestion that the question of Directors Expenses,
should be dealt with by the Sub-Committee
at the earliest possible convenient date.
Houses Confirmation was given to the purchase
of two houses at £1140 each, with £6 per year
