McMurrer (B. Celtic) Mr. E. Green thought this C. F. who was 22, 5'11"
& 13st, would be too awkward to be a success in the F. L.
Mr. R. E. Searle estimated his height at 6'1".
He was dashing & in his opinion, worth getting.
Decided to ask Mr. A. Peachey for his
opinion of the player.
Johnson (Northwich) Messrs Gibbins, Williams & Lake were not
enamoured of this man who had played at L. B. although
fast & two-footed. Estimated age 27. Decided to
have him seen if he played R. B in the future.
