It was agreed that support be given to
South L'pool's application for membership of the Northern Section
if there was a vacancy.
All proposed alterations of Regulations
were supported, but favour was unanimous in supporting
Southampton's proposal of 1/6 d. ground admission.
Fixtures Secy. was empowered to complete our
list for 1946-47, to our advantage.
St. Flinnis Decided that this player be signed on
77 at suitable terms.
Transfer of Shares Following transfer was approved:-
Shares Nod. 777 to 779 from Xors. Thos. Seddon to Xors. John Seddon.
Mr. W. C. Cuff &c. It was decided that the Company, if necessary
224 & desirable, send out circular letters to Shareholders,
in reply to Mr. W. C. Cuff's most recent letter to
Shareholders. Mr. G. Evans & Mr. T. Percy expressed
their desire not to be associated with the
signature to such circular.
