read & confirmed.
Finance Receipts reported were:-

Cheques were signed for:-

Minutes of Finance Meeting of 28th Feby. at which
Tradesmen's Cheque were signed for £1176.8.4
were confirmed.

Team v Sheffield Wedy. Noted that the usual team would be
available.
Gatemen On the recommendation of the Finance Comee.
& noting that L'pool F. C. would do similarly, it was
agreed to pay 10/- for each operative gateman at 1st
team matches & 5/- to reserve men not employed.
Players Benefits 44 It was agreed to apply to the Football League
for permission to pay Accrued Share of Benefit to Sept. 3,
1939, as follows:-
M. W. Lindley £455, H. Catterick £320, R. C. Bell £245.
Secy.-Manager Following certain recommendations from the
Finance Committee, it was resolved that from the 1st Jany.
1946, the Secretary's Salary be at the Rate of £1,500 per
annum, & as Compensation for the good services he ren-
