He praised Haywood (G.) who was 5'10" & it was decided to keep him in mind if ever we needed one. Woodward (Leeds A.) Mr. T. Percy gave a good report of this player young 17 yrs. C. F. & it was agreed he play in C. L. team at Newcastle. Spendlove (Rhyl) Mr. G. Thompson gave a very good verdict on this C. F. 5'10", 11/6, 23 years old.
